Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of Orders
If you have ordered any product and wish to change it or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to make any changes, but we can’t guarantee it, as the order may already be processed. In this case, you have to wait until you receive the order, after which you can follow the normal return process.
Refund Process
Once we are informed about your cancellation request, any amount debited from your payment card will be credited back within 5-7 working days of your order, provided the jewellery has not been dispatched.
If the order has already been dispatched, you can request a return of the product within 2 working days after full payment has been made. The acceptance of your order and the contract between us will be completed once the goods have been dispatched.
Damaged or Defective Items
All parcels you receive must be immediately opened in the presence of the courier to verify that the parcel is untampered and undamaged. If you fail to do this and later find the goods are damaged or not in good condition, we may not be able to claim the insurers or couriers for the damage. In such cases, you will be solely liable for any loss or damage and shall release and indemnify us from any claims related thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If you receive any damaged or defective items, please notify us within 2 working days. We will try our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the defective item has been returned to us by post.
